Run small, but warm & comfy
I'm 31 and petite with small feet, so I purchased these for myself. I originally bought a 4, but had to exchange them for a 5. I love how warm and cozy these boots are, but I wish they were a little wider. One of my feet seems a little smushed on the side. I did not notice until I wore them all day, otherwise I would return and purchase the womens boot. But, overall they are pretty comfortable and keep my feet nice and warm. I love how light they are too. Most snow boots I've owned are heavy and this is a nice change. The one thing I would change is to have the tongue connected all the way up the boot. It just worries me that snow will get in if I have to climb over a snowbank to cross a street (which I often have to do to get from the parking lot at work to our building).
These are nice, relatively warm boots, however seem to run a little small. I needed to exchange them for the next size up. My 8 y.o. daughter is pretty picky about the comfort of boots and she gives them two thumbs up! If you live in a really cold climate, you might want something a little more insulated.
The boots are comfortable, warm and affordable. I would suggest anyone who is in a cold, snowy place like Syracuse, to buy these boots. You really have nothing to lose...
