Layer your teeny queen with The North Face Girls’ Nuptse Down Jacket, and send her out to the hill on the coldest days of the season. The sewn-through construction ensures the 600-fill down stays put and insulates her core and arms against the lowest lows in January, especially when used as a mid-layer underneath a weatherproof shell. This snap-in and zip-in compatible jacket fits into other zip- or snap-in shells from The North Face (sold separately), and the Nuptse stows in its own chest pocket for easy storage when she gets too warm. The front zipper includes a draft flap to reduce the wind chill and the cuffs feature hook-and-loop closures to keep the snow out as she learns to ski.

Bottom Line: Give her the warmest layer for the coldest days.

My daughter loves this jacket. It keeps her warm and looks very stylish--not too puffy like other down jackets. The service at Back Country was outstanding--thank you!
