You can run faster than your PR, but sweaty odors will still stick to your wicking shirt like tenacious glue. The North Face decided that wasn’t cool, and it made the Nemesis Crew with a carbonized bamboo that helps decompose odor-causing molecules. This bamboo also increases your crew’s moisture-handling performance. Mesh panels expel excess heat and a back pocket with a cord port holds your music player while you train.
Bottom Line: Leave sweaty odor in the dust.

This is a great synthetic shirt. It's lightweight and the bamboo does help reduce odor. This shirt is not as stinky as other synthetics, but no where near wool in terms of odor reduction.

I would go for the large. I have the medium and it has a very athletic fit. If you want the loose fit go up a size and get the large.

Worked beautifully on a hot day out rock climbing!
The material seems to tear easily though,I just got it so I do not know how long it will last!

This shirt keeps me cool all day when I'm running. The material is very comfortably and doesn't chaff. The back pocket is a perfect fit for my ipod too.

It depends on what you purchased the shirt to accomplish: backpacking or wearing a day pack on a hike, not so good, after one wear the material was scarred & pilling, everyday use with no constrictions; great shirt, breaths, lite weight, nice fit.....
