Great Bag

just bought this bag and it is great I used it on a short hike today and it was great it can hold all the gear i want. It is also going to be great for me for school. It is a well built bag. The seat is interesting haven't used it yet but is a cool feature. Overall it is exactly what i was looking for in a bag.

    sick pack

one of the best packs i have ever owned. i use this pack for backcountry snowmobiling and i love it. fits snug with the chest and belly straps, waterproof, storage for shovel and probe. also has a perfect outside pocket to stuff my V.I.O. pov 1.5 in for on helmet filming. highly recommend this especially for the cost.

      This pack rules

This is an absolutely awesome pack for the backcountry enthusiast. It's deceptively compact, but holds a ton of gear. It's got a snowboard carrying system which allows you to carry your board either vertically or horizontally. I've used it both ways, and I personally prefer the vertical carrying system. It also lets you carry skis diagonally which I've used once or twice. It also has the ability to carry a hydration system such that the tube passes through the insulated shoulder strap which helps prevent freezing. I haven't actually used the fold-down back panel for sitting in the snow, but it's kind of a neat feature. There are two main pockets which are huge and carry a ton of stuff and one smaller fleece lined pocket I use for goggles or media players. The one very minor downside is that most of the storage is in huge compartments rather than multiple smaller compartments, which makes finding small items in your pack harder when you're on the go. But this pack has served me well and is built very nicely.

would this pack work well for some summer...

would this pack work well for some summer hikes too??

Would this backpack hold a camerea such...

Would this backpack hold a camerea such as a panasonic lumix FZ-35 good? if not what would be a good winter pack that could?

i own a nikon d40 which i believe is a comparable camera in size and i can cray it in the pack. It is not an ideal camera bag because the padding is not quite enough for it to be well protected but if you are taking it easy and are careful the bag will defiantly hold your camera. personally i had a smaller camera case with a shoulder strap that i cut off and i put thaty into the bag to hold the camera it gives the needed protection.
