The North Face Moxie Hooded Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Women's - 2006 BCS

When you zip it up all the way, this hoody makes you look like you should be shooting silky webs out of your fingertips and swiftly dismounting from skyscraper roofs. It makes me feel like a kid at a Halloween party again, only sexier : ) It has a very sleek and classic cut otherwise.
My only quibble is the small bit of gray mesh around the collar (which sits back as part of the hood when unzipped). The gray mesh wasn't evident in the picture; it is a nice touch but would look better if it were the same color as the rest of the hoody.

I really like the fit of this shirt, and I think it's a great under a jacket or by itself. I love the sleeves with the thumb holes -it makes putting on gloves or another layer super easy. The zipper goes a little high, though - it goes all the way up to the bridge of my nose. But I guess that's the effect they're going for, and I felt like a ninja, so that's cool. I don't zip it very often anyway, and I wear it all the time and love it.

The Moxie Hoody was way too light. The material was practically transparent and it didn't serve the purpose that I wanted it for.

I love the North Face Moxie Hoody that I ordered! The quality was better than I expected and it's great for snowboarding on those not-so-cold days.

This is an excellent shirt for being active outdoors in the cold. It is very breathable, but it also keeps you warm if you are moving around. This shirt is thin in the arms and hood, but the core is warmer. I use it alone for running and hiking in the winter, and as a base layer under warmer layers for less active things. I love the textured feeling on the arms and hood!

Prolly one of the best purchases I’ve made all year..... I came back and ordered and 2nd in white!

This is a great piece to have for winter runs. It has a hood you can zip up over your face went it's chilly out and you need to keep your head and ears warm. I got it in the purple color and it's super comfortable - no problems with bunching or anything. I would highly recommend it.
