Plaid for spring sessions in the park.
Hit up the park with The North Face Women's Morgan Softshell Jacket. The North Face Apex Universal fabric gives you the freedom of movement you need when you fly off the highest kickers. The fabric is also breathable so you won't stifle with heat exhaustion when you hike back up to the top. The North Face coated the shell with DWR to resist snowballs, lift-drip, and the occasional spilled après beverage. A raschel backer in the jacket keeps you cozy when you and your friends chill around a firepit.
The Morgan has a park fit to allow plenty of space for layers and still let you move without any restrictions. A long cut keeps you covered from your hips to your head even when you reach and twist around. Its hood cinches down tightly when winds start to howl across the halfpipe. Adjustable hem and cuffs keep the jacket in place so you don't have to worry about it while you land your first flip.

Comfy and warm.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
First off this jacket is MUCH brighter in person than in the pictures, mine is more pink than orange and the blue is kind of an indigo. The inside is very soft.
This jacket is not bulky and moves well. Its a bit longer than some may like but it covers my butt and I like that. It also doesnt feel stiff when you throw a backpack/camel back on. Ive worn it hiking in 29 degree weather with a fleece under it and was warm, Ive also worn it in the snow and loved it.
All in all I would suggest it for anyone who boards or even people who just need something warm/cute to wear in the winter.
