I wear these for snowboarding. Decent quality glove. They are what I wear most of the time. The fit is true to the size. I feel like I retain a lot of dexterity with them.
The storm cuff is awkward to tighten once you have the gloves on as the tabs are small and difficult grab. Also the insulation is a little light. They are not warm enough for temps below low to mid 20's F
It will do

I was torn between these gloves and the triclimate gloves from north face (not offered on this site). The triclimate glove is the same glove where specs are concerned. I got the Montana's because of the price. I returned them because after couple weeks use they tore on the inside of the glove. Also it was the wrong version, I needed a glove that went into my coat sleeve rather than over it. I plan on getting the other version very soon. They got the job done and I'm in 0 below and minus temps.

Not bad gloves but my fingers get a little cold after a few hours on the mountain. The pocket to hold the hand warmer helps but doesn't solve problem completely

Warm pair of gloves for those weekend hikes in mountains and has a nice place to put your hand-warmers.

Nice gloves, good fit, true sizing...however not as warm as expected. But this is also coming from someone that is cold in the middle of summer, so keep this in mind. Otherwise pretty stoked with this purchase.
Good but not great

My North Face jacket doesn't taper at the wrists, so the long "sleeves" of these gloves bunch up against my sleeves of my jacket. And I actually thought these gloves would keep my fingers warmer than they actually do, being as thick as they are and as expensive as they are.
The good part about these gloves is all the gadgets that are integrated ... for instance, it has a small zippered pocket on the back of each glove, they have strings you can put around your wrist in case they slip off somehow (or you take them off), they have an elastic band you and tighten just below your wrist to keep out all the snow, and finally, they have another wrist tightener.
Cold finger tips

I live in Wisconsin and take my dogs on daily walks. Only 10 minutes out on the walk my finger tips start to get cold. 10 minutes later they are frozen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE GLOVES. The are NO better than a $10 pair.

My fingers never got cold in 10 degrees on the mountain while snowboarding or just wearing them around...

Used them this past week for a ski trip. Fit was snug, not tight, so no excessive heat for sweat. My hands were warm, and I made use of the wrist lanyards...very handy. Dexterity was usefull with the gloves on, so that was handy.
If you need a good glove, look no more.

I've shoveled snow in below freezing weather, ridden my dirt bike, and skied in this gloves and have never been let down. I skied in the rain this weekend and the gloves stayed as warm and dry as they were when I slipped them on. Love the draw string and strap. No complaints, an awesome glove! Add a pair of cheap glove liners and you're good to go!

Received these gloves for an early Christmas gift. I have used these while in Spokane, WA shoveling 18 inches of snow off my car using the gloves only(no broom or other devices)...They keep you hands warm and dry...I never felt the cold snow. They are definitely worth the money.

Well I must have gotten a defective pair of gloves...They didn't hold up to snowboarding this weekend...My rubber hand grips are coming off and the seam on the fingers is coming apart from the glove...I can see the white insulation under the glove..Now I have to wait to see if they are getting anymore in or they are getting a different version of these gloves...
They are great gloves I am pretty sure I got a bad pair...I am going to give them another try...
Excellent ski gloves and more...

Very good pair of ski gloves. Haven't used them for hardcore outdoor activities yet but for now, they really do the job. Feels so comfortable too. Doesn't feel too big. Even has the small compartment for keys, and money, or whatever you think you want to put in it.
