The North Face Women's Momentum Long-Sleeve Fleece Shirt is the insulation piece you need for fast-moving winter sports. Its thumbholes keep the sleeves in place when you're cruising down a ski slope, and the ½-length zipper keeps you ventilated when you're cross country skiing. The Momentum Fleece utilizes SuperStretch material to allow friction-free layering under your shell, so you can easily throw a backside three on your snowboard.

I LOVE this shirt! Fits snugly and very flattering. Love the thumb holes and the little subtle pocket and the high quality stretchy material. Great shirt all around! I wear it from walking the dog to as a base layer under a ski jacket. Very disappointed when found out that it has been discontinued since I'd love to get more in different colors.

This fleece serves a dual purpose, which is ideal for varying weather conditions. I wore it as a base layer on a super-cold day, and it kept me warmer than a Hot Chilly's base layer. I also used it as a 2nd layer underneath a Hot Chilly's base, and the combo of the two was phenomenal. Lightweight without the bulk.

This shirt is super toasty warm, especially when its worn with one base layer under it. Its also a very good looking item. Awesome buy!

I wore this shirt almost every day and found that it was the perfect layer. The thumb holes are amazing...really helps when pulling ski gloves on and off. My only gripe is that within two days of wearing it one of the seams across the side had totally ripped open. My mom bought a matching one and found that hers started to unravel within a few days. We expected better quality from North Face.

This is a great layer that fits true to size for hanging out or skiing, if it is a cold night go for another layer when skiing. other than that the fit is great!
