I usually wear it climbing on its own, or instead of a bra when backpacking - the support is great and it feels so good next to skin. I'm 5'6", 140lb with 36" bust and M fits me perfectly. it's great length and it hangs down, rather than being tight in torso, so no riding up at all.

I am a distance runner, and I recently wore this top during a half marathon (and other training sessions). It fits well, and it kept me cool and mostly dry. I sweat a lot, and after 13.1 miles, the sweat was starting to show through around my nipples- gross and embarrassing! I got the top in the taupe green color. Other than that, I like the slightly looser fit around my stomach and hips. Tighter tops tend to ride up on me, but this one did not do that.
The built in bra works well and feels like it offers a lot of support, though I am small chested (34B).
