The North Face Women’s Milletan Triclimate Jacket presents a fresh look for the standard three-in-one jacket thanks to a tabbed front on the shell and an eye-catching, plaid insulated liner. Whether you wear them together for maximum warmth or apart on warmer days, the Milletan is never business as usual.

  • HyVent waterproof breathable shell is fully seam sealed for full protection from the elements
  • 100g of Heatseeker Eco insulation (part of which is made from recycled materials) for warmth
  • Fixed EZD-tach storm hood adjusts to suit the conditions
  • Rotated core zip vents help you blow off steam when you’re working up a sweat on the slopes
  • Pockets on both layers store small items within easy reach
  • Dual-entry hand-warmer pockets give you somewhere to slip your hands without worrying about items falling out of your pockets and getting lost
  • Pant-a-lock system in the snap-back powder skirt allows you to hook into compatible pants to keep out stray snow

Bottom Line: Show off your slope style.

It attaches on the sides with snaps, and to the back of the jacket with a zip.

Disappointed

After 10 years of use from my original 3-n-1 jacket, some of the elastic pulls were shot. So I ordered this jacket as a replacement.

I was so excited to see the arrival of the box with the jacket. My excitement quickly turned into bitter disappointment. Who designed this jacket? The jacket front is embossed with what looks like misplaced epaulets which gives the jacket a very masculine appearance. The two snaps at the collar fasten backwards (left over right in lieu of right over left). There is a powder belt on the interior of the shell which cannot be removed and cannot be comfortably used with the liner. The under-arm vents (zippers) add an uncomfortable bulk at your arm pit. Naturally, I am returning it and going back to Columbia Sport.
