You don’t want to head into the mountains for the week with nothing but some paper-thin cotton sock to keep you dry and comfortable on the trail. Pull on The North Face Men’s Midweight Hiking Quarter Sock for your long distance treks, or weekend excursions. Itch-free Merino wool pulls moisture away from your skin to keep your dogs blister-free, while nylon adds durability so you can hike to your heart’s content. The fully cushioned footbed absorbs the shock of a rocky path, and the smooth, flat toe seam eliminates discomfort.

Bottom Line: Stay on the mountain for as long as you want.

These turned out better than I thought they would. They kept my feet pretty dry and blister free. The extra padding didn't shrink my boots, but provided just enough where I needed it. I'll be ordering more of them.

14 miles, no problem

14 miles round trip Timp summit with these and they are my new favorite. Not even a hot spot on my feet despite this only being my third real hike this year. They seem to have just enough nylon and spandex to stay in place and still feel like all wool. No stink at the end of this day. XL size was perfect for my size 12 1/2 feet.

Cushioned dry and free of blisters

I love these socks; my feet were dry and blister free when I had to patch everyone else's feet in my group together. Amazing cushion but also very thick so make sure you try them with your shoes.

From the testing I have done definitely one of the most cushioned socks I have ever hiked in; highly recommended.

Can't go wrong with North face

Very nice sock. I wear a 9.5 boot and went with the Medium size, I suggest going with the large. They are comfortable on my feet though, Can't go wrong with North face products!
