Is it a good winter coat? Like for below zero temps?

Not at all, no. You could use it as one layer of many, but this is a light jacket. It's not waterproof, it's not windproof, and it doesn't have a hood. This is more suited for late fall/early spring, with temperatures in the high 30s to low 50s.

Very Cute, Dressier Jacket

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small

This is a very stylish jacket, but is a slim fit so you will probably need to size up. I'm 5'6, 118lbs, with a more slender build opposed to a athletic build. I normally wear a size small in North Face jackets & coats but had to go with a medium on this and it is still very form fitting. I always receive compliments when I wear it and people can't believe it's North face.
