Returning the hat. The metal clasp on the back cuts into your head if you wear the hat tight enough so it doesn't blow off of your head in the wind.

at first i wasn't what i expected it to be because the way it looks in the picture is different then the real thing. but when i started to wear it that's the time when i know i made the right choice... the hat is a perfect fit and i love it that's why i wear it everyday! if only i could use it when i go to sleep... I Love My North Face Logo Baseball Hat!!!

Nothing special. It's a baseball cap. The brim got a little jacked from the way it was bent in the box. I have been trying to fix it for a couple of weeks to no avail. Maybe I need to wear it in a torrential downpour, that always seems to re-fit hats...

Soft but firm enough to hold shape. AND the orange is perfect UT color. I bought this for my boyfriend but I loved it so much Im getting myself one :-)

it's a hat, it goes on your head. Looks good backwards and forwards. fit's my awkwardly shaped head well too, so that's a plus. good buy.
