Just a shell, seems pretty waterproof though just bought mine today...(Not for 298!) but either way it's really badass

looks stupid

looks stupid and has no/little insulation. Material is kind of hard. You get what you pay for. Even though the price is cheap, you are getting a lower end jacket. It would most likely be waterproof which what the minimum qualifications are for a ski jacket. But I expect more from my jackets
