Incredibly light, thin, soft and stretchy, it stuffs into its own pocket smaller than my fist. Large fits me perfect (6'2" 215, and Im usually between L and XL because of sleeve length) Doesnt absorb sweat, but it does condense water on the inside face, so it may not be the most breathable shell ever. But the best attribute is the wind blocking power. Feel free to run in those cold windy days with this thing.

This is really more of a windbreaker than a shirt, sort of like a super duper thin softshell. Its pretty breathable and wind resistant and I have been able to wear it for a wide variety of running and hiking conditions. Fits a little on the big side, if you are in between sizes go down.
