I am 5'4" as well and this jacket fits me perfectly in size M. I wear a L however because I like a bigger fit, and also then I can put a down layer underneath on colder days. Good design, excellent colors, perfect pockets without being overdone.

I got the XS (I'm 5'2") and it's just right! I'm not swimming in it and it's not tight. I have room for layers if needed. The length is just right..it covers over half of my hips. I love the chest and arm/google pocket. I've wiped out several times and it stayed dry. Love the color too. I got the yellow/green/purple one. Really happy with it :)
The only complain I have is the hood is a little small. It won't fit if I have my helmet on. It's either my helmet's too big or the hood is too small?

It's a great looking jacket but on my 5'10" daughter, it rides short, barely to the hip.

I love love love this jacket. Its warm and so comfortable. My ski coaches always know where i am on the mountian because of the bright colors. The only problem i have with it is when i tighten the cords on the botton of jacket the mid section puffs out kind of awkwardly, but other then that its perfect!

This Jacket is amazing i just brought it today it fits me so comfortably without being to big i am 5"4 and a half and its not short on me it keeps me oh so warm it adjusts to your body temperature it has so many pockets and comes with a cloth to wipe goggles or anything, i love it would totally recommend it and its waterproof:)
