Throw on your Kinkajou and head out for a little backcountry exploration. The North Face didn't design the Kinkajou to be some sort of weird commuter daypack kind of thing. This one is made for hitting the trail. The combination of high volume and shaved weight makes this pack perfect for extended day hikes and light overnighters. FlexVent shoulder straps take care of some of the heat and the interior hydration sleeve helps you stay hydrated. If the hike is looking really long and hot, two mesh water bottle pockets on the side of the pack take care of the extra mileage.
Bottom Line: More than a big-name book bag.

I've had this pack for a few weeks now and I'm happy with it. just something for everyday use. i could have gone for a cheaper brand but north face makes good stuff and i know it will take a beating and last for years.

My fiance just got this pack for our trip to Ecuador in a couple of weeks. This paired with a couple of compression packs and my pack... we are set. Its a great fit and is also compatible with her books for school. A great buy for anyone who needs a good light weight universal pack.
