Overall a great vest. Keeps your core warm especially when jogging. However, want to add that I bought a Large (same size as my other The North Face vests) and although the lenght is perfect the mid-section seems a touch too wide.

Khumbu vest. What is the best size for me? I wear a 40 regular jacket and have a 34" waist. I need it snug as I will wear it under foul weather gear.

I wear a 40 reg as well and for NF gear, Medium fits really well. With that being said, if you like things a little bit loose you may want to consider L. But Medium is prob the right size...

Great Vest, works well when layered. The Northeast winds are no match for this vest. The high collar and the interior zipper flap stop the cold winds.
