The North Face Insulated Grace Jacket - Women's - 2007 BCS

Bought this simple and flattering jacket for cold rainy days and light winter temps. Actually found it very warm for sub zero degree temps. Also extremely flattering considering all the coats out there for winter are so puffy and huge. I'm also very petite, so finding something that compliments my shape was nice too. Definitely a great buy and the price couldn't be beat.

What can I say? I love this jacket. The fabric has a slight sheen and barely-there texture. The fashioning is top class - I've had several of the usual waterproof jackets from The North Face in the past which are superb but lack in styling for wearing about town etc when you want to look a bit smarter but stay warm and dry at the same time. The 2-way zip is a great feature when you don't need to be completely zipped up, and there's also a 12 cm zip at each cuff for the same reason. I can't believe how quickly I received it - 3 days to Scotland. Would highly recommend your website for service. I would say the large size is similar to a size 16 in the UK. I agree that the belt is a little high and the hood a little on the large side.

This coat is light to wear, but warm. I bought this for rain and snow, so it satisfies both conditions. The fit is not roomy, made for juniors; you need an ex-large if you wear a ladies 12. The brownie brown color is like an "eggplant color" so it goes with everything, a nice alternative to wearing a black coat. Beware the sleeves, very long, but it is okay if you don't mind to role them up and then tuck them inside.

I live in Seattle so this jacket was heaven sent! I prefer form fitted and tailored jackets so when I saw this The North Face I had to have it. It's a smart and fashionable cut, but very functional for the weather that we encounter here in the Northwest. Wish I had every color. Shipped it to my business overnight and got it right before a terrible rain storm! Great jacket, great service.

I love this jacket too. The lining makes it multi-weather instead of just a raincoat. It's light, versatile and flattering, and you can wear it everywhere. It was designed to keep the hood on, so it's slightly open at the neck if you take the hood off; I wear a scarf if it's cold.

This wonderful ladies jacket is absolutey fantastic. It looks nice, is perfect to wear, rainproof and has very good quality.
But it's not that cheap.

I loved this jacket, but I am long-waisted and the belt was too high for me.
