This bag had been great for the first few weeks that I have been using it. Easy access to contents and comfortable shoulder pad. Only two complaints however. The accessories pocket flap doesn't give you enough clearance to use the pen pouches. The other is the bag doesn't want to stand upright when you set it on the floor. Sometimes makes loading it a challenge.

Second Insider ordered. Use it daily for a briefcase and love the size. Holds everything, including a laptop when needed, and I get all kind of comments. Strap is long enough,well padded and can be removed for more "formal" presentation.

Purchased as an organizer for my Dell 17" laptop. The laptop will not fit and the "pocket" on the strap is not included. But I liked the bag so much I couldn't force myself to return it. I have converted it to a briefcase/lunchbag and use it everyday.
