I'm petite - 5'1, 105 lbs - so finding hiking clothes that fit is very hard for me. But these fit perfectly and I love the quick dry material. I was hoping for a solid pair, but I can deal with a little pattern on my shorts for now.

I am 5'2" (and a half), 125lbs and ordered a perfect size 8 regular. The ripstop nylon is awesome, the belt is really flattering for my curves. Im the type that has a smaller waist with a bubble butt which makes it hard to find pants or shorts. But the lowrise matched with the belt is great. And it stuffs into itself!
Cant wait to take these to Asia for 9 months!

after buying these shorts last year I loved them so much I decided to buy another pair this year, I was let down when I received my new pair and they were a lot shorter in length. I sent them back only because I am 46 and the shorter style does not work well for me. Please North Face bring the longer length back for us that can't wear shorty shorts.

These shorts are great with excellent movement. Perform well while hiking, boulder hopping, etc. I've purchased them in black, blue and taupe. Love these shorts. Can't wait for more earth tone colors!
