Nice fit but the zippered pockets are really small. So small that they cannot hold a cell phone. Keys maybe if not bulky

Hi,
Women's pants and shorts for the North Face do start from size 0, going upwards to 2, 4, 6, ... etc. Backcountry rarely has size 0 and i happen to find these only at the North Face stores or outlets. North Face's online store stocks from size 0 too, but you will have to pay full price as their website store never has sales. Look out for North Face's sales periods then (Feb, Apr, July).

These shorts were falling off of me in a size 4 - my normal size. If they had a draw string, they would have been great. The fabric and cut of the shorts is great. I just needed a size smaller.
