Shade your schnozz—and a whole lot more—with the North Face Horizon Breeze Brimmer Hat. The hat’s lightweight, quick-drying textured nylon offers SPF 30 protection for everything not covered by the large quilted brim. On sweltering days, mesh panels allow heat to escape, and a brushed sweatband absorbs moisture. A welcome breeze is not such a great thing when your headgear goes flying, so the North Face added a shockcord cinch and a removable chin strap to secure the hat to your head.
Bottom Line: Take refuge under this wide-brimmed hat.

It's a one size fit's all hat, but I'm curious if
It's a one size fit's all hat, but I'm curious if anyone knows what the maximum size of head that it might fit, say in terms of baseball cap sizes. I have a large head and am worried it might not fit

It should fit. I wear a 7 5/8" in fitted ballcaps and this fit OK, but if you want a bit more wiggle room, take a look at the Outdoor Research Helios Sun Hat in XL here at BC. The Helios is adjustable as well; I had to cinch it down a smidge for a good fit. The TNF hat was better ventilated, though, if that's a big concern.

This will work for you, I have a big head as well and have tried their "OSFA" headwear and works just fine- no headaches, rubbing, pinching etc...TNF has larger fitting products in general. Comfortably, it will fit up to a 60-62cm circumference just fine.

As a traditionally non-wearing hat guy I seldom wear hats and was reluctant to buy any hat at all. However, being that I am bald now and like fishing I needed a hat to keep the sun out of my eyes and off the top of my head. With that being said, I came across the breeze brimmer hat and took a chance and bought it. This hat is awesome. Its light on your head and blocks out all the sun. Everyone tells me how much they like this hat and now my whole family wants to buy it. It is cool, lightweight, and is very useful. A definite buy!
