Handle your day hikes with the Hedgehog Mid GTX Women's Hiking boot from The North Face. It might recall images of cute, bristly critters, but the Hedgehog's a little tougher than its namesake thanks to its full-grain leather and synthetic upper. It also boasts a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane that no real hedgehog has ever had, so you can hike through mud, puddles, and rain without your feet getting soggy and squishy. Mesh helps move moisture away from your feet, too, and the Vibram rubber sole makes short work of slick trails and wet rocks. The Hedgehog is pretty burly for a boot that weighs well under a pound, too—the molded EVA midsole cushions your feet for day-long comfort, and the TPU cradle and full-length TPU shank provide plenty of support and stability so you can cruise over rough terrain without a second thought.

Great all around boots!

We were really worried when we purchased these boots for my wife. She has relatively large feet and wears a size 11 womens ( I hope she doesn't see this ha!). We were worried about getting hiking boots online without having her try them on before hand but when these boots arrived and she slipped her feet in she immediately fell in love. We went on a hike 30 minutes later and she was raving about how comfortable they were. Paired with some smartwool socks these boots are even warmer and your feet don't feel the least bit hot. The soles really grab onto the ground and even slippery surfaces. BUT most importantly these boots are very stylish and have a cute amount of coral on them which she loves the most. A lot of womens boots get the job done but it takes hard work to make stylish and functional.
This may be the first review on these boots but I recommend them completely!
