The North Face gave the Hammerhead Hydration Pack a three-liter Nalgene reservoir and over-the-shoulder hydration system to ensure you stay hydrated while you run the trails. The X-Vent mesh back panel system and Airmesh shoulder harness keep you cool when you work up a sweat, and the large main compartment stashes your extra layers. Store your energy bar and MP3 in the small front pocket, and carry your extra cargo in the side stretch pockets. The removable waist belt allows you to customize the fit for your activity.

I lost one of the straps for the waist belt on this hydration

I lost one of the straps for the waist belt on this hydration pack - where can I get a replacement strap? Also, the bite valve needs to be replaced - will any bite valve work, or does it need to be brand specific?

I would contact The North Face's warranty dept (866-715-3223) and see if this is something that they can help you with. They may be able to help you with the bite valve as well, or point you in the right direction. Regarding the bite valve, do a search for "nalgene bite valve" and you can find replacements for about $4-
