I own three of these. They are up for anything you want to do. I have worn them for hiking, skiing base layer, and everything in between. My experience is they fit true to size. Very light weight, comfortable, and fast drying. I highly recommend them.

great shirt, medium is true to size.
high quality blend material. not too "shimmery" like most wicking shirts.
tagless in the back as to prevent annoying itchiness or chaffing.
