I'm 5'10"/165# got large. Fit is loose which I wanted.
Very comfy. Will be great for pool,lake, work out or casual.

good quality product - very little weight - although when you hiked up a mountain under the sun and the shirt is soaked the white colour becomes some see trough. because it dries very fast be sure to get to the mountain top first. as soon as the others arrive your shirt will be dry already : )
