Description

A very warm winter jacket that's ready for your snow angel.

Sometimes grocery store runs feel like epic Arctic expeditions, so bundle up your little honey bear in The North Face Toddler Girls' Greenland Jacket and insulate her with warmth-preserving down. On the outside, the HyVent 2L shell and its fully taped seams block out the falling snow and sled-ride crashes. On the inside, the 550-fill down holds in her tiny body's heat better than any other insulator out there.
  • Insulated hood features removable faux-fur trim to block blowing snow
  • Integrated belt, elastic back, and hook-and-loop cuffs help seal out the cold and snow during big storms
  • Brushed collar lining feels smooth on her chin
  • Zippered pockets give her someplace to keep her hands warm when her mittens don't do the trick

Sizing way too small!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bough this coat in a 3T for my 2.5 year old. It was snug upon arrival and didn't last an entire winter before she outgrew it. I know all companies fit different but I was very disappointed considering the money I spent. The quality was amazing however I expected the buckle to be metal and not fragile plastic. I'd probably buy again in a much larger size. Super cute!!

Great coat, sizes run a bit big

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Got this coat in pink for my daughter who is 2 1/2 years old it keeps her very warm. This is the second NorthFace coat we have gotten for her and both have run big on the sizing. My daughter is 33 inches tall and 30 lbs. We got a 2T and it fits more like a 3T. Still completely satisfied with the purchase anyway, she'll grow into it.

Winter cold approved

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

As a asthma child parent, this jacket is the best last layer to keep your kid away from any cold (one of many asthma triggers). This is the second jacket, fits perfect, since she just grew up the last one. She is just 3y, and there is space for a couple of layer under it, much need it. Expensive but works until the end.

would you say this jacket fits true to size? My daughter turns four this week and I am wondering what size I should buy for her. thx

Responded on

Yes, please comment on fit. I have a 2.5 year old that is 34 inches and 27lbs. I'd like to know if it's true to size so that I can order for next year. Thanks!

Responded on

No it runs big. my daughter is about the same size as yours and we bought the 2T and it is big on her. Not bad though--it will probably work for next year too.

Fantastically Warm Winter Coat

We got this coat for our three year old daughter and it is WARM!!!!!! We live on Mackinac Island and have some cold days/nights and she was always toasty when we came in. We've gone out snowmobiling and sledding for hours and she's always warm when we come inside. The fur on the outside of the hood seems pointless but it's just plain cute. Definitely worth the money!!!!!
