A HyVent membrane with fully taped seams makes the fabric waterproof so you stay dry throughout your ski session. Its four-way stretch fabric lets you  crouch, bend, and twist freely. The North Face placed 100g Primaloft Eco in the body, 60g in the sleeves, and 40g in the hood so you stay warm where you need it most without restricting your movement.

An active fit brings the Furano closer to your body while leaving room for baselayers and mid-layers on extremely chilly ski days. It features underarm vents that let excessive heat out when you're on the go. The powder skirt keeps snow off your backside, and you can snap it off when you don't need it. The hood protects your head from blustery blizzards, or you can remove it on sunny days. Internal comfort cuffs with thumbholes help bridge the cuff-to-glove gap. All the exterior pockets are PU coated for durability.
