It fends off all the wetness while keeping you comfortable on steep-and-sweaty skins to the summit. Fully taped seams enhance waterproofing by preventing the peskiest of snowflakes from seeping through.

The North Face also equipped the Front Point with zippers under each arm for ventilated airflow in case you get too warm. There are three adjustments at the helmet-compatible hood, and the visor keeps snow out of your eyes. A drawcord hem and hook-and-loop cuff tabs seal out snow when you start skiing downhill.
