When the east wind is blowing rain or snow sideways, shelter behind The North Face Women’s Eurus Jacket. The Eurus’ HyVent Alpha shell provides waterproof breathable protection in severe conditions; for extra warmth, The North Face added a high-pile fleece liner.

  • Underarm zips provide extra ventilation when you’re working up a sweat
  • Extra-long hand pockets positioned above pack hip-belt height
  • Hideaway hem cinch cord and molded, non-abrasive cuff tabs seal out the elements

Bottom Line: Let it blow.

For skiing, I'm considering layering a light weight down jacket (for example, the North Face Thunder Jacket) under the Eurus. Any experience, feed back out there? Would I be better off in a insulated jacket like the 'take me down' down jacket from North Face. Any opinions are welcome!
