Great Jacket! Highly satisfied!

It's very cold where I live and this jacket keeps me warm! My second time buying from Backcountry, and like the first time, excellent customer service and super quick shipping!
I'm 5'4'' and normally fit size 10/12 tops, Juniors' XL, and women's Small.
I ordered a Small and it is a perfect fit for me. It's a little roomy, but that is what I expected since this isn't a truely fitted style. An extra small would be way too small around the bust.
Great Jacket!

This jacket is warm and has a hood! I use it all the time while walking my 3 Wheaten Terriers.
Makes my wife happy, makes me happy.

I was disappointed that it does not mimic the men's Denali, because it lacks the chest pockets and pit zips. However, my wife likes and it gets the job done.
Great Gift for the Girlfriend

My girlfriend loves this jacket, she needed a warm fleece for around town activities because she didnt want the bulk of her ski jacket. She has worn it in the snow and wind and said it still kept her warm. She loves the pit zips so she can dump heat when the Colorado weather changes mid-day. The White-Heather color surprisingly does not get as dirty as we thought. Very versatile.

Bought this jacket atfer Christmas for myself, I walk my dogs alot and in the winter it gets pretty cold and I hate wearing bulky coats when I go . This jacket fits nice. I purchased size medium and Im 5'6 140lbs. Does not fit tight like some people like to wear it. Some reviews say wind goes right through you I have not had this issue. Hood was a really good idea for the windy days. Unfortunately I left a couple of doggie treats in my pocket and my dog got a hold of the jacket and ate through the pocket so now I have to take it somewhere to be fixed. But its worth it I love my new North Face. I did shop around also and Back Country had the best deal by far.
Best Investment!

I purchased this jacket (in TNF Black) after the holidays when the price dropped, as well as the TNF Men's Apex Bionic softshell. I bought both online so I could compare the two in person. I went into a local REI and tried on this jacket in the size I ordered as well and fell in love! I went with this jacket because it was extremely warm and realized I didn't necessarily need a windproof jacket like the Apex Bionic. Thus I returned that jacket.
This jacket has kept me cozily warm throughout the early winter this year in 30 degree weather. I've already used it for several hikes in the wild and general errands in the city and it's been perfect. I even got caught in light rain for about 15 minutes and though it absorbed the water it wasn't soaked - no water came through the fabric and onto my layers beneath. This has been the best thing I've purchased in years and I look forward to exploring more of the wild this year in my Denali hoodie. Thanks for reading!

whenever I want to be warm and cozy and comfy, I reach for this. It goes both tech or just for recreational winter comfort.
Is the White Heather/Metallic Silver one...

Is the White Heather/Metallic Silver one a white fleece with silver details or is it a greyish color fleece with silver details?

it's more of a light grey. Does not look white at all, and the silver is about a medium grey.

This is a really nice fleece. I adore the color! I got the teaberry pink. It's super soft & keeps me very warm considering it's just a fleece. I do think the price is a bit ridiculous, and wouldn't have paid full price for it.
Great Purchase

First North Face I've ever gotten, was always worried about purchasing due to how expensive they are and was never sure if it was warm or just expensive due to popularity. But I must say that it is a great jacket and worth the money spent. It's very warm but does not add bulk or weigh you down. This site had the best price by at least $50 between the discount and free shipping I got.
Do u have this coat in a grey?

I have a couple Northface jackets (a winter coat, fleece, raincoat) and then most recently purchased this one. This is by far my favorite. I bought the white and was a little weary, and it does occasionally get dirty, but washes completely clean! It is really warm by itself, and the hood is a great bonus. I bought a medium, and although it is a little big, do not mind at all since i layer a lot. Backcountry.com had the best deal on this by about 30 bucks anywhere else too!
Great Fleece

I love this fleece! Very warm and the hood is a plus. It's a little big compared to my other North Face fleeces but that's good for having a sweatshirt under it.
THE ULTIMATE!

Absolutley love it! A fleece with a hoody! Lightweight, warm, zip all the way up not a pull over. Rain protection material on hood and shoulders-precisely where it is needed! I have received so many compliments about this jacket. And being a North Face product one simply can not go wrong.
Best price & Love it with the hood

I've shopped all around & I got this awesome hooded Denali dirt cheap from Backcountry! It is definitely not for wind protection but I knew that. I wear it everywhere & get compliments all the time. When asked for the price, they want in on my favorite store!
Good but not the best

If you can drop the money on this, go for it. If money is an issue, do not go for it (you could probably get a Columbia). It's a pretty comfortable jacket though and it's what I wear on a daily basis. I am about 5 feet and got an XS and it only fits a little big when worn with just a t-shirt under or something. Unfortunately, it also allows wind to cut straight through the jacket when worn alone. But when I wear a light sweater underneath, the jacket does the job. Pockets zip up and the hood is so worth the extra cash. You can also make it more customzied to your size with the cords at the bottom. I bought a white jacket and honestly it takes a LOT for it to get dirty and gross and like I mentioned before, this is my everyday jacket.
Love this!

Living in Indiana, I wanted and needed a white Jacket but didn't want to add alot of bulk. I previously had the denali hooded in black so I ordered it in white. I find myself wearing the white more frequently. I love this jacket. Keeps me warm and blocks the wind quite a bit. Bought it hooded because my ears are sensitive and needed the protection.
Most popular jacket ever made

If you like name brand clothes, this is your jacket. I don't think there is a single person in America that hasn't seen/heard of this thing. It runs big and pretty wide so I recommend sizing down. I bought this as a Christmas gift and my friend loves it. I'm sure it will look great with leggings and Uggs hahaha :)

Got this for my daughter she loves it! This was my first time ordering from Backcountry, it was a recommondation from a stranger when I was at a local store and couldn't find the color she wanted. It was 2 day Free shipping and recieved it in 2 days! Love the live chat on the website. Was able to talk to someone about sizing and got her the size she needed without having to return! I have already ordered another NF Jacket from Backcountry and would continue to order from them!
