The North Face Bomber Jacket - Women's - 2008 BCS

This jacket rocks! I ordered a large even though my measurements fit a medium and it is perfect. This jacket is stylish but very warm. It is not too short because I went with the large and I like to have some room to wear sweatshirts underneath a coat too. The quality is fabulous, I highly recommend this coat!

I normally don't write reviews but I had such a pleasant shopping experience with backcountry, I decided to write one. This jacket is awesome, exactly what I was looking for. I needed a coat for the freezing trips across campus in the winter. This coat is very warm, excellently insulated, and very stylish-its a great coat for casual purposes; I didn't want to look like I was going on a ski trip. My only concern with this jacket is the length of it, now I did not want a long coat, I wanted the tapered hem. However, the front of the coat is cut way shorter than the back of the coat; if I raise my arms my sides and stomach would be exposed. I'm 5'2" 105 lbs so I ordered and extra small. I like to layer in the winter and I'm afraid that the north face denali fleece I ordered will be longer than the coat. I'm sure I will end up swapping it out for a small. With all that said, excellent coat, but order a size larger than what you normally wear.

I needed to return. The bomber jacket was much shorter waisted than pictured on the website. Was looking for a hip length jacket. The jacket itself, was, however, well made and stylish.
