Great under hiking skirts

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I love these capris. They are light, feel great, and work well under anything. I would pick these over compression shorts anyday. I normally wear them under hiking skirts, so the sheerness does not bother me. They are also quite lightweight. I wish they made full length.

Too sheer to wear in public

  • Fit: True to size

These tights fit true to size. The fabric is thin and very comfortable, but after just a few uses, they were too sheer to wear, even with nude or black underwear.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

Though I love The North Face and never have problems with their products, these pants were the one exception. They are completely see through. COMPLETELY. I wore compression shorts under them to avoid showing my private parts but eventually gave up on them due to discomfort. They would be the perfect capris if they weren't so exposing.
