After a long day of hiking, pull on The North Face Women's Base Camp Flip-Flops and give your feet a break. Pamper the bottoms of your feet with the Base Camp Sandals' extra soft EVA egg-crate midsole and jersey lined strap. The North Face's rubber outsole lets you explore the campground without losing your footing, and an anatomical arch support keeps you standing comfortably as you make dinner.
Bottom Line: The North Face Base Camp Flip-Flops—built for the mountains.
My husband sent these to me while I was deployed to Iraq in 2007 and I wore them while going to the shower tent from my sleep tent on the big gravel rocks. Felt amazing. When I came home I continued to wear them ALL the time and they just finally broke last night. About to order another couple of pairs!!!!!
Very sturdy, supportive, comfortable flip flop. The foot bed feels great on long walks. I wore them at Disneyworld all day long without a problem. I have the pink and black. They look great and are made with the quality one would expect from The North Face!

I absolutely love these! I wore them all day tailgating and to a football game and thought I might be uncomfortable because they were brand new. I loved them! I'm ready to order another color!!
i am 35 weeks pregnant and my feet have been growing this whole pregnancy, as well as swelling. i have officially grown out of all my shoes and can only seem to wear flip flops. i have been wanted to get a pair of northface sandals for a long time now however i dont know what size to get now. my foot is just a cm orless from 10 inches. what size do you recommend me for the base camp sandals.
Like others have said, they are pretty wide, but also short. I wear a 7.5 - 8 and the 8 is just right, but if you are a solid 8 to 8.5 your heels might hang off a bit... plenty of room everywhere else though and super comfy. I love that the brown ones have a brown foot bed, instead of black, because I have been looking for flip flops to match outfits when I'm not wearing any black. Especially on sale, these are a sweet deal!
This is a great flip-flop all around - very comfortable egg crate footbed, non-chafing straps that are just fitted enough, and very sturdy (more shoe-like) soles. The only point I would make is that I don't feel they run small at all - in fact, I would say they run a bit long. As others have mentioned, I agree they run a little wide as well, but since I have wide feet, that suits me just fine. I average a 9 in most shoes, and the 9 in these flip-flops is ok but a tiny bit long - but I'd also say it depends on how you like your flip-flops to "fit". Regardless, this is a must-have flip-flop!
Very washable, even for an on-the-spot spot cleaning. The Hypalon material is slick and sheds any mud or dirt away and can take a lot of abuse. It is kind of like a tarpuline material, non-porous and durable.
These flipflops run a size too small...I normally wear an 8, but had to send back for a 9. They also seem to be built for wide feet, as my narrow ones don't fit comfortably within the straps. That said, the waffle bottom is extremely comfortable for my tired feet.
A U.S. size 7 is a EU 38, UK 5.5 and 24cm. A U.S. 5 is 36 EU, 3.5 UK and 22cm. You can fill in the gaps with the rest of the sizes if you follow this pattern. As a general rule of thumb though with flip flops is to buy a 1/2 to a whole size bigger to have your entire foot covered so your toes and heels aren't on the edges. So no need really to break out the measuring or put too much thought into it, flip flops don't need to be fitted or fit "true to size".
These are awesome. They are so comfortable. I want a pair in every color. They do run about a half size small, so order up if you are questioning which size to get.
I got these a couple of weeks ago and they are like little massages for your feet! They are egg-crate soles so it feels great every time you slip them on. They fit great and feel even better. I was visiting some friend, of course bragging about them, and they fell in love. Surprisingly, they got base-camp flip flops as a gift for letting me stay at their house!
I picked up a pair of these for my wife to kick around in. She has very much enjoyed these flips and has nothing but good things to say about the footbed of this sandal and the comfort that comes along with it. Treat your feet with a pair of Base Camp Flips.
