The North Face Ava Sandal - Women's

Well-made for lightweight flip-flops. Unlike other reviewers I don't believe the sizes run large. I'm a 7.5 medium width, so based on the reviews I purchased a size 7, but found them to be snug in the straps and the footbed was just a wee bit short on length. I gave them to a friend, but I ordered another pair in a size 8 and found those to be the right fit.

The only seeming oddity as far as fit goes is the toe room. There's plenty of room for long toes!

I have had these each year, they run a full size larger so if you usually wear an 8 order a 7.....these are much better then Teva in my opinion. Get them!!

My daughter gave me a pair of North Face Ava sandals and I was hooked. So nice to find a simple basic thong sandal that has a good cushy sole with a little instep support and no froo-froos. Froo-froos like extra straps, stitching, hardware, etc. just end up rubbing raw places on my feet. Also nice in the Ava is the foot bed that is not cupped and lipped all around. Most sandals seem to be designed that way recently and the edge doesn't let the foot spread out and take it's own natural shape. I like the Ava so much I bought 3 pair. Yay for North Face!

I have to agree with everyone else... they do run big. I wear an 8 and ordered an 8...TOO BIG. I also didn't like the straps, too thin. I had to send them back as just wasn't that impressed especially for North Face. I own almost everything North Face and this just wasn't up to par for me:(

she said this are the most comfortable and good looking sandals she ever seen and wear! she's 8.5 and got her a 8 and it fit great,so i guess they run a little big,hope it helps!

Absolutely my favorite shoe! I wear flip flops constantly and these are by far the best for comfort and lasting. I'm so excited to just catch them on sale here! Grabbed all colors in my size! I wear a 7 in normal shoes, 8 in NF flip flops.. .

I can't say anything bad about them. When they were covered with seaweed the other day from a low tide excursion, I threw them in the washer and they came out looking pretty as new. I wear them so much because they are so comfy. So I guess the soles could be thicker so they don't wear out. Other than that, perfect!

I bought sandals for my summer vacation. I wore them the entire 10 day vacation, to the beach, out to dinner, remained like new anatomical arch support iw great! You won't be disappointed with this purchase.

Bought these for my girlfriend. She loves them. Most especially that they have an anatomical arch support. Hard to find a lot of sandals with arch supports.

comfy, runs a little large..have 5's , usually wear 5.5's . Love the design, subtle. I have 2 pair of these..love them. When I want a lighter, small , dainty flip flop ..I'm glad I have these!!
