Zonal insulation utilizes Reflexion lining throughout the boot and underfoot and 100g PrimaLoft Eco insulation over the toes. The Reflexion lining provides warmth that's equal to 200g insulation without the bulk and weight of insulation, and the PrimaLoft Eco places extra heat where you need it most. HydroSeal waterproof construction ensures dry footing for the entire hike, and the upper mesh material brings all the breathability you need throughout the day.

The Arctic Guide features a Northotic 2.0 footbed that has a 2mm OrthoLite top layer and a 3mm EVA bottom layer that's very comfortable and surprisingly lightweight. The North Face engineered its Cradle Guide midsole to offer a natural stride across rough terrain, and the TPU Snake Plate improves the natural manner in which your foot flexes while you walk. The TNF Winter Grip sole stays soft when temps fall below freezing, and when the temps do fall, the IcePick lugs increase your traction over icy landscapes. With a snowshoe clip at the boot's heel, you're ready for anything mother nature throws at you this winter.
