The North Face Apex Bionic Thermal Softshell Jacket - Women's - 2008 BCS

I wasn't so happy with this jacket. I am 5'4 and 120 lbs and the jacket barely covered my whole stomache. It was weirdly short. I got an XS. Fit well around, just way too short.

I, too, am disappointed in this jacket. It's definitely a nice looking jacket (a little stiff compared to some other soft shells, but still nice), for that I give it 3 stars. As for the fit... I got the xs, which has worked for me in many other TNF jackets, but the sleeves were way too short for me, and the upper arm area was huge, could fit two arms into one. So, for my body(5'9, 120lbs)it just didn't work out.

I got this jacket to take to Chicago for a weekend trip. I couldn't have made it in the -17 wind chill without it! It is very warm, however I can wear it when it is 40 outside without getting too warm. This is the perfect winter jacket. I agree the neck is a little stiff and bothersome, but the warmth and how cute it is makes it worth it.

I'm disappointed in the way this jacket fit me. The sleeves were long and too much room in my back so it didn't keep me warm especially on windy days. I'm 5'1 120lbs, originally ordered medium and returned it for small, it still doesn't fit well. I wish TNF made the Apex Bionic for Girls in thermal too.

live in florida, did not think will be able to use in here but this winter enjoying it thoroughly.used in boston also came out pretty handy.

I LOVE this jacket! The lining is very soft, and the jacket is warm and wind blocking in the conditions I have experienced so far (through December in Western New York!). The sleeves are a bit long(however I am 5'2 so perhaps they are just right for others!!) and the neck/collar is a little stiff, but nothing that I can't live with!

Fit is fine (XS for someone 5'3", 105 lbs), and I love how long the sleeves are. But the jacket is short and the neck is very stiff; gets in my hair or irritates my neck unless zipped up all the way. Had to return.

I love the apex thermal jacket. It is very sporty looking and warm. The thermal lining on the inside is very soft and comfortable. I like everything about this jacket, however, I would have preferred a different color than moonlight ivory. I like my white's to be bright white. You can't go wrong with this jacket.

I got this jacket and I absolutely love it! It's great for cold or cool weather and is very comfortable. The pockets are a great size. It's definately worth the money. The only thing I would be careful of is if you need it in a hurry. I ordered it for 2-day shipping, which should be renamed 3-day shipping because it doesn't get to you for 3 days versus the expected 2. So give yourself some time if you are in a time crunch. But it's an awesome jacket =)

This jacket is great for all of my outdoor sport playing in the early Spring.

I do sometimes feel like the stiff collar is choking me when I'm breathing heavily during exercise but for me that is a pretty normal feeling for any clothing touching my throat - I just turn the collar down and I'm good to go! I'm excited to ski in it next year.

The fabric on this is really stiff and not very comfortable

I love this jacket. It keeps me warm on a cold windy day. And the shipping was fast, and the customer service is great. I did online chatting with the customer service, and he was so helpful. I do lots of online shopping and will come back to this store!

I just got this jacket in. The customer service and shipping was excellent, though I haven't worn it yet, I love it, great quality and so comfy, yet very stylish. I'll shop Backcountry.com again.

I love this jacket! It's incredibly warm, water repellant, and windblocking.
