    Decent but not great

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

A decent light weight day pack but I don't like how it holds gear. Mainly I've had to rearrange how I pack just because of how this pack is made. It feels cheap and I wouldn't buy it again.

    Best Day Pack Ever Used

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Ive had this pack for a few years now and have used it for day climbing trips to backpack for college. Really I bought this pack for day trips for climbing so I dont have to carry a massive amount of stuff. I usually carry my harness, trad rack, a couple nalgenes and my rope. I have dragged it across rocks at the crag and thrown it off cliffs when trying to get out of sketchy situations. All in all I typically trash my bags and this this is a tank while still being lite. If it has held up to the amount of abuse I put on a pack it will hold up to just about anything

The North Face does it again!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

My first experience with Northface backpacks came from the Solaris 40. It was incredible! The comfort, pocket details and durability are second to none. I wanted to get a smaller scale pack for shorter trips, work and travel. I investigated the Angstrom for a long time before buying. It has not once disappointed. I've used it for small hikes, traveling, work, disneyland, walking in the rain, Day adventures in Hawaii and other small needs. It works great. The pockets keep things organized and in place. The bladder sleeve doubles great for a 13 inch laptop (with cover). It's comfortable and is very light. If I'm running, I can cinch it down so it stays close to my body without being annoying. The built in rain fly works great and easily fits the pack. I got the red clay color and love it. The buckle design is great as with other TNF packs. I highly recommend this pack!

Does this backpack come with a water spout? Kind of like a camelpack?

Hey Rylee - This Angstrom 28 Backpack does not come with a hydration pack, although it is hydration-compatible so you could buy one separately. Check out the CamelBak Antiodote Reservoir (Item #CAM0430) as a good option. Feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions.

How is the organization in this pack? Would it be good for school?

Could I use this pack for school?

This pack would fit all the school work you need to carry no problem and it makes for a great excuse to empty it out and go hiking with it after class!
