Seriously though this backpack changed my life. I always had super cute backpacks that had horrible support for your back. Riding my bike to school every day and what not was hard with all of my textbooks and heavy things until I bought this bag. It has amazing support and looks fabulous all the time. So you are always looking cute while feeling good. Awesome... seriously.

Hi! im looking for a new backpack thats good for trekking around campus and beyond. Im spending the semester abroad in Amsterdam and i will be doing a lot of walking so i need a comfy bag that roomy and durable. Is this North Face Amirite a good pick?

no. This backpack looks great but is not functional. The opening at the top is really small, which makes it really frustrating to get things out. There are only 3 exterior pockets, two large ones on the front that close via magnetic snaps. All the magnetic snaps I have ever used attract dirk and therefore look bad after a couple uses. I bet you would have difficulty packing this with a labtop, a book, and a spiral folder. Look for a bag that both looks good but is functional as well. Northface was not successful in providing both.
