While the design on the shell of The North Face Amendment Triclimate Jacket might look all low-key and casual, the shell's HyVent 2L fabric isn't joking around. And don't be fooled by the removable insulated liner, either. Its solid exterior has a plaid trick up its sleeve as well.

  • Shell's HyVent 2L fabric and fully taped seams block wet winter storms while you're on the slopes
  • Removable, insulated liner reverses from a quilted solid color to a smooth, fun plaid
  • Powder skirt and pant-a-locks system help keep snow out
  • Core zip vents dump excess heat
  • Detachable hood can be left in the car for less bulk
  • Hand pockets on both sides of the removable liner give you a place to store your keys when you head downtown

Attractive jacket! And it works -

I haven't the chance to test this jacket for snowboarding yet, but I've used the inside layer to keep me warm in the hills in Nepal - and it was great; kept me warm. I'm generally an XS, and the jacket fits ok, as attractively colored as pictured. I'll be putting the waterproof outer shell layer to test in two weeks' when I head for the slopes!

Does this jacket run true to size, or does...

Does this jacket run true to size, or does it run small/big? Thanks!
