Feel and look great!

I just received these in the mail. I got them for when I move to a snowy place soon so I can't test them out in cold conditions yet. But they feel very comfortable, soft, and they look great. I wear a 9 usually, and a 9.5 fits me fine with thick socks, even 2 pairs. They actually make my feet look small. They are really comfy and cushiony and don't seem to need breaking in. The brown and grey are both very cute (I ordered both in 2 different sizes, though I'll have to send back the gray since it's too big.) I can imagine these being good for lots of walking or standing at work, due to the comfy soul, and nothing seems to pinch or rub. They are a mice medium width, good for people with fairly narrow feet. Oh, and the ankles seem very adjustable and they are extremely fast and easy to put on and loosen or tighten.

    Greatest shoes I own!

I have very sensitive feet with high arches and work where I am standing on cement floors all day. I wear these boots most days in the winter and NEVER have a foot pain like I do with any other shoes. They are very comfortable, well made, and stylish to boot! I plan on getting them in all the colors!

      Great Boot!

Looked around for awhile for a boot that I could walk in for awhile AND that looked good. I took a leap and ordered the Alycias and have loved them! Winter in Chicago this year hasn't been too...wintery...but I've still laced these up for some slush, rain, and downright cold days.

They are incredibly warm, very comfortable (I wear them for the mile walk to and from work each day), and definitely pass the waterproof test. I like the cushion-y feel and mid-calf height. Other reviews are spot on about the sizing. I would normally order a 9.5, but went with a 9 in these. I could maybe even go down to an 8.5, but then I wouldn't be able to wear my thick and fuzzy socks with them :)

        Love this boot

I love this boot - its so comfortable and so easy to get in and out of. Even it has laces - yes, even with laces. Keeps my feet warm and is soooo cute! I ordered the gray and I have to say it complements any color outfit. This boot will for sure last me at least a couple of years!

          Not for 18+ hour days...

I was so sad to have to return these boots. They started off great. I bought them for Sundance where I knew it'd be freezing, wet and I'd be doing TONS of walking... so I was very careful to pick out good boots with good reviews. All the things people said about size and comfort were true, except that after about the third day I started to feel a blister forming on both my achilles, but more on my right. The ruching part on the back (you can see it in the picture) became more 'rushed' and slouched down after wearing them in and it started to rub the backs of my heels by my achilles. So that's my only complaint...maybe if I wasn't wearing them 18 hours a day it wouldn't have happened...who knows.

            So far so good!

I am from florida, born and raised, and got a job working in Big Sky, Montana for the winter. Needless to say I needed a good boot. This boot has held it's own. It's comfortable right out of the box, sizing is true and my feet stay warm. they look great too!

              She loves them

I brought them for my daughter for Xmas (I shop early) she wanted Timberland's but they do not keep her feet warm. So I decided to buy these because I know the brand and have several jackets. She is very happy with them and now my sister and oldest daughter want a pair. They do run big she usually wears a 9 I ordered a 8.5 and it was a perfect fit. I will be placing an order for my family.

I forgot to take them off!

I love this boot and is very pleased with my purchase! I purchased a 9 and I still have room, thats my fault, because since I broke my ankle I am not sure what size I wear in shoes. None the less, I wore these boots and they were so warm and comfortable that even once I got home....I was still walking around in them. I totally forgot that I still had on boots and it still took a second reminder before I took them off! I have big calves as well but I didnt really have a problem with the laces. I am really happy about this purchase. The first time I wore these I was at an outdoor mall shopping...yes in the winter months!!

                    Off to a great start!

First of all, they seem true to size for me. With most of my transportation being on foot I needed something that could withstand the city sidewalks better than the sole-less UGGS and so far these are doing the trick. I've worn them through rain and snow and my feet stayed dry. I also find them to be comfy enough to wear all day at work where I am on my feet 90% of the day. I did buy some shoe inserts though for days that I know I will be on my feet much longer and doing more walking than the usual. They seem to hold up pretty well and are very warm. The inside, though not fluffy like UGGS is still very soft. I have large calves too (about 18 inches) so there's some slight gapping at the top when I lace them and I think I will have to get longer laces in the long run. Note that the sock looking portion is NOT stretchy. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

                      More comfortable than my slippers!

I havent been to the snow in these yet (I live in AZ so still waiting for enough to fall!).
But they are very warm and SO comfortable!
I am a petite person and have a hard time finding boots that look like I am wearing them instead of them wearing me, these are perfect.
I will be wearing them every day all winter!
                        =)
I wear a womens size 7 and these seem a teeny bit big but if I bought a half size down they'd be tight so if you have long toes you will love the extra room!

What color is the rope brown in person?...

What color is the rope brown in person? Is it comparable to the color of Timberland boots?

I need ankle support for a previously broken ankle. Do these give good support?
