The North Face Akira Glow Hooded Sweatshirt - Women's - 2008 BCS

The Akira Glow Hooded Sweatshirt was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's nice for layering over a t-shirt without becoming bulky, and the length is flattering on the hips. As for the fit, you have to be careful... I could probably do a small or medium, and I went the medium because I didn't want it to be too snug. It was the right decision. I love this sweatshirt, and I wear it all the time.

I wouldn't necessarily call this a "sweatshirt" but it's a cute, fitted shirt. It's good for layering or for those spring or fall days when it's cold in the morning and gradually warms up throughout the day.

This is great for layering. It is cut very low so you have to wear something under it and it fits very snug so what you wear under it cant be bulky at all. Its very long and nice and soft. Nice hood and great front pocket.

I like the sweatshirt but it is very thin. I was expecting more of a fleece material but it is a stretchy t-shirt material. It has a very cute fit. I ordered a larger size than usual due to the previous reviews stating that it is very fitted. This was a good idea because it is very clingy. I would prefer a warm and fuzzy sweatshirt but this one looks good on.

So I LOVE the North Face Akira pants, so I got this top hoping for a smashing pair of sweats, but found I didn't like this top as much. I like to be able to layer my sweatshirts over other t-shirts and tanks. This is a fitted sweatshirt (especially in the arms), so it can only really go over another fitted top. I think I may try exchanging it for a size up, since the material is soft and they go great with the Akira pants. I'll edit this once I check out the medium.

Lng to nearly cover the hip, stretchy material. Flattering too. Not for warmth but looks great.
