If you been keeping track The North Face gear since the '90s, chances are good that you’ll notice that the ST Agency Jacket looks an awful lot like one of The North Face’s old-school Steep Tech Jackets from the days of yore. But since this version is built with updated fabrics and improved technology, the part about the new Agency that's retro is its style.

  • The shell’s water-resistant fabric sheds light rain and snow and allows excess internal heat and moisture to escape
  • 80g Heatseeker insulation keeps your torso warm without casing you to overheat
  • Critically taped seams prevent water and snow from running down the fabric and sneaking in through the cracks
  • High-abrasion zones are reinforced with KEVLAR® (ballistic-grade nylon)
  • Adjustable hood protects your neck and head from storms and stows away in the collar
  • Adjustable waist-belt offers a precise fit and prevents snow from entering from below
  • Tons of pockets stow everything you could need during your day on the mountain—from your phone, goggles, music player, and lift pass, to your wallet

still summer

Since its still summer i havnt tested the jacket on the the slopes yet, but looks wise its an extremely nice looking jacket with a very sturdy feel. The materials and stitching on the coat are all high quality and the belt should keep snow out from under my hoodie when when i go down , but like i said this review is mainly off of looks and spec my real reveiw will come in december when i truly mountain test this great looking jacket. I should note that igot a great deal from backcountry almost 50% off so i dont have much to complain about... Backcountry is awesome and legit for mountain gear.
