Where tough and cozy go together like peanut butter and jelly.

If you want a jacket for all seasons and weather, check out The North Face Women's Adele Triclimate Jacket. Its waterproof breathable HyVent shell works for hiking on wet mountain trails in the summer and fall. The removable liner makes a great companion throughout fall and spring thanks to its warm and cozy fleece fabric. Combine the two for a tough winter-weather jacket that'll handle any day at the ski resort.

The Adele's underarm venting lets you quickly cool off when you hike up steep sections, its hood can cinch down tightly to protect your head from breezes and snowstorms, and you can remove the hood if there's nothing but sun overhead. The jacket has a brushed collar for cozy comfort against your chin. Slide your MP3 player into its pocket and jam out to your favorite tunes all year long while you play outside.

Amazing jacket!

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large

At first, I had my doubts about the jacket because it's really thin, so I decided to test it out. I usually take public transportation to school, which means that I have to wait outside in the cold for about 15 mins. I wore I long sleeve shirt with a thin sweater (when I usually have to wear tank top, long sleeve shirt, sweater, fleece, and jacket - and I'm still cold). This morning the weather was -2 degrees F. and I was so warm in my jacket. I was so pleased to finally find a jacket to keep me warm and not look like a snowman. I order a small based on other reviews and it fit fine since I don't have to layer up anymore. Definitely worth the money.

Runs large.

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs large

Runs large. Sleeves were WAY too long and I usually don't have that problem. Other than that it was very nice, warm, versatile.

Great layers, runs a bit big :)

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large

This is a great jacket so far. The outside is water proof and the inside is warm. I initially ordered the XL because the chest measurements made it seem like the L would be a little tight. I ended up returning it and got a L. The large fits great even with a little extra chest room.

Perfect for my needs

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

I live in Los Angeles, so I wanted to find a city jacket that I can wear to most outings like the ice rink and also I like the idea of it being versatile enough for me to bring on vacations across the country (I want to pack light), where it actually rains/snows. It's one of the most expensive jackets I've ever purchased but I can see it being very versatile with using it on camping trips too. I'll tweak my review once I do get to test it out in real weather. But it does run true to size.
