Super comfortable. The grippy soles make these a perfect choice for float trips.
- Fit: True to size
I ordered a Pair of Teva Sandals on Sunday Afternoon about 2pm. I received confirm & tracking number within hours. Today is Tuesday and the Sandals were at my door when I came home from work. They were exactly as described and are in a New Teva Box. I could not be more pleased or impressed with the execution of my order. Thanks BackCountry!
Do these have non marking soles? they are...
Do these have non marking soles? they are for a boating trip.
Also- I live in Salt Lake- can I pick these up at the warehouse?
I checked this out and the majority of inventory for this product is in our Virginia warehouse, however some sizes are in SLC. Hop on our LiveHelp chat service or give us a call to determine if the size you need is available in SLC.
Highly recommended classic
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
This is a classic design that's been around a while - for good reason. There are three points of adjustment. But once you have it dialed in you can slip in and out of the sandal quickly and easily just loosening and tightening the back heel strap. It has great traction and good for hopping on rocks near water. Super comfortable too. A great boating sandal and good for hikes away from the river. I would say it runs slightly large - but not by much. I wear an 11.5 in most shoes and often size up in sandals. But a 12 is way to big and the 11 fits just right.
These sandals are great! Built well and truly do grip slippery rocks while fishing or getting in and out of a boat. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable lightweight sandal, esp. if you like water sports.
Worth the extra money over the entry level Teva's. The sole is noticeably softer and gets better traction. I used these on a six day canoe trip in the boundary waters and had intended to change into different shoes for the portages but most of the time I just used my sandals and I had no issues.
Pretty lightweight, grippy sandals. I've worn em canoin for a number of years, until I sliced the right front strap most of the way through on something in my trunk. Now I wear them around the rock gym. . Whatever, I got a good season out of them, and I wore the heck out of them. In the canoe/yak three days a week at least for a summer. Not a bad deal. I'd definitely buy them again for a pair of something to wear in and out of water, if I did't more shoes than most girls.
Good and attractive for a sports sandal
My husband really liked these sandals. He loved the color and design (I bought the covert green). They did fit a bit on the small side for him, but it looks like they fit just perfectly to me, so it might just be because he likes things larger. He still wears them anytime dress or tennis shoes aren't required. We'll see how they hold up to his wear.
