Teva Sunkosi 2 Shoe - Women's - 2007 BCS

Both my husband and I recently bought pairs of Sunkosi's. We wore them on a trip where we went through lots of water and mud. They were perfect! my feet never felt heavy because the water flowed right through them. Tread is thick so never felt slippery - even on wet,slick rocks. They took a couple days to dry out on their own after, but were great over all. Great as a light, airy shoe for dry conditions too. Wish I'd gotten them years ago!

I wore these on a kayaking trip and they were perfect - the water ripped right through them. I've worn them a couple of times around town and they look good as well as feel good. Very happy with this purchase.

Comes in a smaller size 5 for all the ladies with smaller feet than a size 6. Hard to find. Material is not really as quick dry as I had hoped, but not too uncomfortable. Tend to loosen up the wetter they get at the ankle area. The laces frayed right away and had to be replaced (less than 30 days too). Teva does not carry replacement laces so I found at my local EMS store. Overall they are a pretty good sturdy shoe and I look forward boating more with them.

I use these shoes to kayak in a and play on the beach. What I really like about them is that I have solid footing in them and I don't hurt my feet on wet rocks when putting the kayak in the water or walking around tide pools. They felt comfortable the minute I put them on and they seem to dry fast. They were always dry the next morning so I didn't have to put my feet into wet shoes. A definite plus. They were fun to walk in the ocean in and again I didn't have to be concerned about being stabbed on the bottoms of my feet by rocks or shells. The only disadvantage I experienced is when we were walking in the sand dunes, sand would seep in especially when going down the hills. I would have to stop and empty them.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy these shoes and would recommend them. Tevas are great shoes. Are well made, and wear a long time.
