The additional X straps do hold better than flip flops, but once these get wet, my heels slip all over the "MUSH"sole and I often find my toes in the sandal and my heel on the ground to the side. It's a very slick material. I did, however, still wear them for all kinds of hikes and river trips this summer. It would've been nice to wear socks with them in the morning like Chacos, but Chaco soles crack my heels, so I made the trade for these. In the end, the soles wore all the way through after wearing them every day for 5 or 6 months. Even after the disadvantages, I liked them so much that I bought another pair. I'm also one of the least picky people when it comes to gear, so keep that in mind.
Nice Sandals but squeaky! :(

I bought these same Teva's in about 2007 & have worn them right out - loved them! I ordered 2 new pairs and I don't know if they changed something in the sole but they squeak like crazy, it's so embarrassing! The first pair never did that?! They are still great sandals as far as comfort & fit, but the squeaking is really bothersome. Not sure if it will go away; here's hoping!

I've worn these in the past and I love them! They are so comfortable. They look nice too. I was really happy to know they still made them. I bought two pair this time around.

As comfortable and supportive as regular Tevas, but much more secure. And they're attractive too.
Comfy sandal

I've had a pair of these for about 2 years and they've been great. The straps still fit great and the foot bed has conformed to my foot so it's very comfortable. I just bought another pair and they seem to squeak a lot when I walk in them. I'm hoping that once it molds to my foot the squeak will go away.

Yes the squeaking was only on the new pair. Now that I've worn them in a bit they do not squeak. Wear them around the house a bit and the squeaking should go away for you too!
Not bad

Super comfy but i think they are already falling apart after two (hard) weeks of use. the straps are super loose after a wear or two and the foam is widening where the straps go into it.

I've gone through a couple of these, but after my first pair I got them in a size down from what I normally wear. They went from lasting just a couple months, to lasting 6 years with frequent use. When the foam compresses after the first couple of weeks, it just contributes to your foot sliding into the straps and pulling them out, instead of holding the foot in place.
Great!

I really like these sandals! I even purchased several more pairs for my sisters and niece as gifts. Very comfortable and cute!
The best!

These sandals really are awesome! They're super comfortable, they mold to the shape of your foot, and they're cute. I'm a size 9 and they're true to size for me. As for half sizes, I think sizing down would work best, since the straps do tend to stretch out as you break them in. This is my 3rd or 4th pair. I got the "stitches brown" color that's on sale--they don't have a product image of the color, but it's a nice dark chocolate brown with subtle metallic gold stitching. Highly recommend!
Love Teva Sandals!

This is probably my 8th pair of this style Teva sandals, I wear them all summer long! They are comfortable because the cloth straps don't hurt your feet or leave blisters! I also love the colors and designs. Great flip flop. I've never been dissapointed with any of my Tevas!
LOVE THEM

I love love love Teva sandals! I've bought a pair for the past several summers and they are all I wear! So comfortable and they look great! I love the cloth straps because I can wear them without getting sores on my feet like some rubber straps! Comfortable and cute...what more do you need?
Great sandals

I love flip flops, but these are just so much nicer than the average. They're super cute (I got Diago Pink), so I can wear them with casual dresses and not feel slummy. They stay on better than the single strap kind, and have a no-rise sole. I got them one size down, so there's no extra sole extending beyond my foot, and though that made them a little snug at first, they're perfect now. I wear them everywhere unless I'm barefoot.
Pretty and functional

I bought these flip flops for a trip to Hawai base on the reviews I read. I haven't worn flip flops in years do to a foot problem. I finally had the surgery and am now ready for flip flops. These are very cute and felt very comfortable with a nice secure fit so my feet didn't move around. I will have to return them because they hurt in between my toes on left foot. Thinking maybe the surgery isn't healed up all the way yet.
A cute alternative to Chaco's

If I'm not out backpacking/hiking, these are my favorite sandals. They're much cuter than Chaco's and don't flop around as much because of the additional straps. The soles are cushiony and comfortable. I love these :)

No breaking in period for me with these. They run true to size - I have 9AA or 9 Narrow Boats :) First pair of flip flops I've ever bought that fit me like a glove, I own a wardrobe of them all colours.
Hope this helped.
LOVE THEM

These are my favorite sandals of all time. This is my second pair in 3 years and they are the most comfortable sandals. They form so nicely to your feet and even before that they aren't uncomfortable. They do stretch out quite a bit so I got a size smaller this time. I wear them everywhere and to all occassions and will continue to buy them until they do not exist anymore (which will hopefully never happen).
Go Teva!
