Teton Gravity Research's 2001 release Mind the Addiction is a unique look at the lives of twelve athletes. Spend the year traveling with Micah Black, Jeremy Jones, Jeremy Nobis, Jon Olson, Candide Thovex, Johan Olofsson and Kent Kreitler to name a few. You will see what it takes to be them. Every rider will sport the head cam and take you inside their minds, onto the mountain, and into the addiction that is riding. Cliff hucks, deep powder, jibbing, big mountains, BASE jumping, skiing and snowboarding comprise the most complex array of footage anyone had ever seen. The DVD features behind the scenes footage and music from artists including Zebrahead, Outkast, Metallica and Michael Franti and Spearhead. –Vendor

Of all the TGR movies, this is my favorite. I really enjoyed a look into what the athletes were thinking and feeling before they were dropping these huge lines. The POV cameras were great to watch, the soundtrack is inspired (Bon Jovi!), and Micah Black's segment was my favorite. If your looking for a unique ski movie, try this one.

Lawn Dart! This is a very entertaining flick, as with most TGR movies a good mix of big mountains and a bit of jibbing. They put a lot of effort into their product and it really shows with this movie. Great helmet cam shots from Alaska are the perfect thing to put it into perspective. Even after a few years this one still holds up to what is coming out today.

Like most TGR shows, the content is amazing. Covers many 1st descents, and sick-a$$ jibbing. TGR goes face to face with the riders, finding out what it really takes to do what they do. Strongly recommended! Be sure to check out Further & The Prophecy as well!
