Mach1 110 C.A.S Ski Boot - Men's

Finding comfort without sacrificing performance isn't always the easiest thing in the world, but Tecnica's figured out how to combine the two in the Mach1 110 C.A.S. Men's Ski Boot. A moderately wide 100mm last fits most feet comfortably, a 110 flex lets you ski the whole mountain without overwhelming your boot or feeling like it's in control of you. The dialed-in fit of the Mach1 is tough to match, too—the C.A.S. UltraFit Pro liner is specially designed to align with the anatomically-molded shell, preventing tight spots, slop, pinching, and packing out, and is also heat-moldable if you want to fine tune the out-of-the-box fit. The canting and flex are adjustable, too, if you're still looking for more customization.

Once your foot's feeling like a champ, you can cruise the mountain in style with the Mach1's relatively stiff polyether shell and smooth-flexing polyolefine cuff. It'll give you the power and precision to tackle steep slopes, but won't overwhelm you when you're in more of a cruising mood. The 45mm power strap is there to supply a little more backbone and stiffness, but the Mach1 slides off in a hot second when you're done skiing, courtesy of an extra-flexible Quick-Instep Max overlap construction that opens wide for easy entry and exit, taking the pain out of your morning and afternoon. As a bonus, Tecnica designed the Mach1 with replaceable TechniGrip soles, so you'll always have plenty of grip when you're walking through slick parking lots and down snowy slopes on your way to the lifts.
